Kelly @ The Beacon

Last night, me and my boyfriend were fortunate enough to see Kelly Clarkson in concert at the Beacon Theater. I always love seeing shows there. The Beacon reminds me of some of the theaters back in my home state of Virginia. It's big enough to bring in big names but intimate enough to really feel connected to what is happening on stage. Kelly's voice is flawless. Hearing her live was such an awesome time. My BF has never really been a fan of her music but I think even he was wowed. Kelly's most incredible moment was when the band left the stage and she was left with just her pianist. She sang a knock out performance of Because of You that was jaw dropping. I was able to find a few live clips, unfortunately not from last night's show, that I wanted to share. These are a bit on the old side but they are yummy. I'd been putting off purchasing her new album, My December, but after hearing much of it performed last night, I think I'll have to snatch it up. Her performance was truly brilliant. Enjoy. xoxo.
